Description
Professor Tom Ojienda is a practicing Advocate and teaches law at Moi University. He currently serves as a Commissioner with the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) and has previously served as the President of the East Africa Law Society (EALS), Chairman, Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Vice President of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU). Katarina Juma is the Chief Executive Officer of LawAfrica Publishing Limited and Editorial Board member of the East Africa Law Reports (EALR). She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Wales and a Masters of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the Cornell University. She is well versed in diverse areas of legal practice.
